CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT

This contractual document governs the relationship between the supplier and the buyer in the purchase contract, provided that the buyer accepts the terms and conditions of purchase.

The purchase contract concerns the supply of a specific product or service at a fixed price, which is publicly advertised on the website.

GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms and conditions set out on this page only apply to orders placed on our website.

The currency used for invoicing is the Euro.

The price of the product includes value added tax (VAT) or other taxes that may apply. The price quoted is expressed in Euro (€).

The prices displayed on the website are applicable to all products and are automatically applied at the final stage of the purchase. They include all costs for taxes, shipping and other services. The customer should be aware that the price of some products may change in real time and will be informed of this in advance.

After each payment, the service provider will send a confirmation email to the registered user. The invoice for the purchase will be available for viewing or downloading in the customer's account the day after the purchase. No invoice or delivery note is included in the package containing the products.

You will then receive an order number assigned by the system and an email with information about your order to the email address you provided.

If the bank declines the credit card order, the order will be automatically canceled and you will have to order again with a different card or payment method.

SHIPPING/DELIVERY

Your order will be shipped according to the shipping method you have chosen.

The products you have purchased will only be shipped when full payment has been received and the supplier has confirmed receipt of the payment. Until payment has been received, the transaction is not considered completed. This rule does not apply if payment on delivery has been selected. In such cases, the contract is considered concluded when the supplier sends an email confirming the purchase. In such cases, the supplier is obliged to order the product from an authorized seller, which may result in a delay of up to 15 days from the receipt of payment. However, the customer will be informed of this incident in advance. In such cases, delivery will be made in the order in which the orders were received. Customers whose orders have not yet been processed will be informed of the status of their order and the estimated delivery time. This information will be provided by phone or email. Delivery of the product is deemed to be completed from the time specified on the delivery note.

RIGHT OF RETURN

Case 1: Return due to incorrect or incomplete information

If the order cannot be delivered due to missing and/or incorrect delivery address information, the cost of the return will be deducted from the refund amount for the returned order.

2. Issue: Right to cancel purchase

Once the order confirmation process is complete, the order can no longer be changed or canceled. In exceptional cases, changes or cancellations can be made by contacting customer service, provided that the products have not yet been processed (i.e. before they leave our shipping centers).

If the customer wishes to cancel an order that has already been processed, i.e. the products have been shipped to their destination, they must pay the shipping costs associated with this cancellation.

Issue 3: The right to cancel a contract

All products purchased from steroidesafe.com are eligible for a refund, provided you notify us of your intention to return them within 14 days of receiving the product. In addition, the following conditions must be met:

  • The products must be returned in the same box in which they were delivered to ensure their safety during transport. If such a box is not available, it is the customer's responsibility to return the products in secure packaging so that they arrive safely at our warehouse.   • Food products can only be returned if the packaging is unopened.
  • Sealed products that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons and that have been opened after delivery cannot be returned.
  • Masks cannot be returned for health and/or hygiene reasons.
  • Accessories delivered in addition to the main product cannot be returned.
  • Upon receipt of a request to exercise the right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount paid for the returned product. A refund must be requested within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product. The refund will be made using the same payment method used by the customer or, if that is not possible, by bank transfer. The costs of returning the product will be borne by the consumer and/or user.

  2. Prepare the packaging for the product return according to the "Terms for returning products" section.

The customer must provide all the necessary information when returning the product. The costs and risks associated with returning the product, as described above, are borne by the customer.

All sizes and formats of the products displayed on our website may vary due to changes in presentation or minor changes in descriptions. There may be a delay between the arrival of new products and the updating of the information on the website. Since the information is not changed, returns will not be processed in such cases.

Case 4: The right to return faulty or damaged goods

If you find that the goods you received do not comply with the terms of the contract, are defective or have been damaged during transport, you can file a complaint within 7 days of receiving the goods by following the steps below:

WARRANTY AND INSURANCE

All products offered for sale are original products with a manufacturer's warranty card and are generally free from manufacturing defects. They have a two-year manufacturer's warranty (for non-food products) from the date of delivery. In cases where a warranty claim is justified, the products will be repaired, replaced, discounted or refunded in accordance with the law. The warranty is void if the warranty documents or the purchase receipt are altered, revised or replaced. The Service Provider and the User agree to submit any disputes that may arise from the provision of goods or services under these Terms to the courts having jurisdiction over the User's location.
