Consumer law applies in Ireland. Consumer Law lists products that are of satisfactory quality and cannot be exchanged or returned. Regardless of the reason, sports medicine products are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.

In all online stores and in all traditional pharmacies, no product is available for exchange, regardless of its origin and intended use. However, our company is ready to make exceptions to meet the needs of customers and, if necessary, exchange a product if the packaging is not damaged.
